From the start of the project the professional and creative approach of your team was self evident. You listened carefully to our requirements, explored and clarified issues, suggested improvements, and put in more hours than we could realistically have expected - a reflection of your team's desire to get things right.

The presentation of the website is impressive. You exceeded our expectations in meeting the key requirements for our College website, that it features a consistent and clear style, the capacity to ensure that all content furthers the purpose and goals of the College, and has a management system that makes it easy to maintain and update content and images. This CMS is excellent - flexible, easy to manage, and with straight forward procedures for handling images and attachments.

On a personal level I have enjoyed working with you and Craig. Not only on account of your professionalism, but also for your sense of humour, capacity to listen and ability to think outside the square. I have appreciated Craig's continuing advice and assistance in completing the website and ensuring that all went smoothly when he and William set up and tested the server so that the site could go live.

On a final note I would highly recommend you and your company to anyone wishing to develop a business or education website through the improvement of what is already there or, as is our case, from the ground up.
